In 1997, when Hong Kong returned to China, Health Circle International Group cooperated with the China Foundation for Poverty Alleviation. It carried out the activities of 97 Hong Kong’s Beijing Love and Love, Health Circle Charity Association and the donation and construction activities of the Dandelion Primary School, which actively responded to the national “dandelion plan”.
